Shipping & Returns
All custom-made items are proudly made in New Zealand by hand. As such, variations in paint color and wood/grain can occur and are expected in a standard product. Woodgrain direction may vary. Grain within our timber and bamboo products may have some splintering; this is perfectly normal due to the natural aspect of the material. Due to manufacturing techniques, some products will have charred edges and smoke marks. This is normal and within the scope of the product.
How long will my order take?
As each order is customized and made to order, we usually require at least 5 to 10 days of lead time to give us plenty of time to process your order. Once dispatched, our delivery target is within 3 to 5 days, depending on your location (rural addresses can take up to 6 working days).
To ensure that your order will arrive on time (especially for time-restricted events like birthday parties or weddings), we recommend you allow at least two weeks before your event.
Should you need your items urgently, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and contact us before ordering. We are always happy to help whenever we can.
How long does shipping take?
We use NZ Post to ship our products nationwide. South Island urban delivery times may take 1 to 2 days, while North Island urban areas may take 5 days.
If you live in a rural area, there may be an additional three days to get the product delivered to you.
All our items shipped come with tracking number. You will receive a tracking number once we have dispatched your order.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
Only to Australia at present - we hope to be able to open up to other countries in the near future!
RETURNSCan I cancel my order?
All our products are custom made as per your specifications. And since all of them are made to order we cannot alter or cancel orders once production has commenced.
Can I return my order?
We are always proud of the quality and the hard work that we put on each products that we send. But in an event where the item that you received is faulty or has incorrect detail, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us through our Contact Page.
